Support, Our Clinician Portal & Clinical Governance
Our clinicians receive 24/7 support via phone/email/text & have access to our Clinician Portal where we are updating information daily on compounds/canulation/clinical governance. Our Clincian portal also gives our affiliates access to webinars.
We also encourage our affiliates to book "elevation" calls with us so we can devise strategies regarding advertising, decreasing limiting beliefs and roadblocks. We also send out weekly newsletters to keep motivation high for our affiliates and share various case studies on IV Therapy clients (redacted).
In-Clinic Training, Training with IVTAA and follow up Training & Business Set up
We provide in-clinic training and then return to the clinic (or clinician) for follow up training & business set up approximately 1 month later no matter where they are located. We run training every quarter in Byron Bay (yes, it's Luxe & amazing!) Where lunch is provided with the Byron bay backdrop. We still visit our affiliates in-clinic to support them post attending our training in Byron Bay.
Education & Inservice Training
At IV Therapy Academy Australia, in-service training and education are designed to elevate clinical confidence, safety, and excellence in IV vitamin therapy practice. Our programs provide hands-on learning, evidence-based protocols, and real-world clinical application to ensure practitioners remain current with evolving industry standards and best practices. Through structured modules, live workshops, and ongoing mentorship, clinicians gain the knowledge and skills to deliver IV nutrient therapy with precision and professionalism. IVTAA’s commitment to continuous education supports both individual growth and the development of high-quality, compliant wellness clinics across Australia.
Advanced Business Strategies:
Big picture vision and small practical steps with our Coach/analyst/planner
Our Business Strategist works with our clinicians and clinic owners to define what success looks like and translates their visions into measurable objectives.
We study the industry, competitors and trends to bring to light gaps that our affiliates can fill and find opportunity. Our Business Strategist also assists with pricing based on population of areas and growth, adding new services (Infrared Sauna, Red Light therapies, etc) to create wellness-based centres. We love to also work on long-term visions (as often business owners are so deep into daily operations, they can't see further than the next 48 hours!)
Affiliate Monthly Fee
Our Affiliates pay a fee of $79 a month for 24/7 support and website maintenance.
We add nothing on top of compounds (you can simply order via our compound portal)
TGA & AHPRA Compliance
We have created all TGA & AHPRA Compliant forms for our affiliates, including:
- IV Therapist Checklist Forms
- Comprehensive Consultation Forms
- Consent Forms
- Post IV Treatment Discharge Forms
- Incident Report Forms
We also ask for proof of Public Liability & Professional Indemnity for all affiliates. (If you don't already have it, we can assist you)
We have no lock in contracts, but we do have our Intellectual Property contract that all affiliates must sign so our amazing brand stays with us.
