By using the services of The IV Therapy Academy Australia, you agree to the following terms:

Intellectual Property
All content is the intellectual property of The IV Therapy Academy Australia and may not be copied, distributed, shared or reproduced without written permission.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to access our services and/or education packages. 

You must be a Registered Health Professional with a governing body and have nil conditions against that registration.

Our services  and education packages are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from your healthcare provider.

3. Bookings & Cancellations for education packages

Once you have joined The IV Therapy Academy Australia and paid your deposit, you will be booked in to a session time with one of our educators/senior clinicians.  

Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment options.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure client safety, but is not liable for any adverse reactions unless due to negligence.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
